The Universal Studios Grand Hotel

We stayed at the Universal Studios Hotel on my child's birthday. It was absolutely fantastic! The hotel decorated the room with balloons and even gave us a Minion cake. Personally, I think the Universal Studios Hotel is much better for photos than the NUO Hotel, even though many recommend NUO for better rooms. But I was already quite happy with the room at Universal Studios Hotel – it was very spacious and clean. The best part is that you can enter the park directly from the hotel. I truly believe that with kids, proximity is key. Being able to enter the park early in the morning means an extra 10 minutes of sleep, which is incredibly important! I will definitely choose Universal Studios Hotel again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. The breakfast buffet was also good, with Minion characters interacting with the kids, which they loved. The Minion cartoons playing in the hotel lobby were a huge hit with the children. The biggest advantage of staying at a hotel in the park is being able to enter an hour earlier and return to your room at any time to rest.

Absolutely incredible! Having a room at Universal Studios with a 1.5-day pass and plenty of energy was the perfect combination. I rode Forbidden Journey and Flight of the Hippogriff three times each, did everything else once, and it was an unforgettable goodbye to Universal! A big thank you to the hotel's front desk as well. We arrived at 1 PM on the first day and were able to enter the park by 2 PM. They arranged our room for us early, which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic family-friendly experience! We booked a twin room, and both beds were queen-sized (1.5 meters). We got upgraded to a City Avenue room, which was very quiet and had a great view – the kids were thrilled! The service was warm and welcoming, and the environment was clean. We even got to keep the room cards as souvenirs. Since we were visiting Universal Studios for two days, the free luggage storage at the hotel was incredibly convenient. Plus, we enjoyed early park admission, which made everything so much easier. The kids had a wonderful time both staying at the hotel and playing at the park!

The rooms are clean, and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel is generous with amenities, providing plenty of complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The hotel's restaurants serve delicious food, making it a great choice for family trips.

Awesome and super convenient! It was perfect for my 1.5-day trip to Universal Studios. When I got tired, I just headed straight back to the hotel. Plus, we got to enter the park an hour early the next day. The room was really clean too, and it was easy to order takeout.

I wanted a more relaxed experience for the attractions, so I bought a 1.5-day ticket and booked a Universal partner hotel, which allowed early entry to the park. I debated between two hotels for a long time, but considering I was a single parent with two sons and convenience was key, I ultimately chose Universal. It proved to be a very wise decision. First off, I booked a Deluxe Twin Room, and upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff (I think his name was Gaoyuan or Gaoyang, sorry I didn't catch it!) proactively upgraded us to a Boulevard View Room on the sixth floor, from which we could see CityWalk – I was thrilled. The room wasn't huge, but we spent most of our time at Universal anyway. A large, clean bed was all we needed. Toiletries and slippers were all provided, and there were about ten bottles of mineral water, definitely more than enough, which was a thoughtful touch. What I loved most was the direct access to the park from downstairs. When we were tired, we just headed back to the room. The unlimited in-and-out access was a lifesaver for our tired legs – in a word, blissful (just look at the map, the hotel *is* the park entrance!). Finally, I have to commend every staff member at the Universal hotel. I took a taxi both ways, and the doormen proactively helped with our luggage and got it into the car. They even called to ask about our stay. Honestly, the service was better than some five-star hotels costing over two thousand yuan where I've stayed in Wangfujing! 👍🏻 It was a very enjoyable and memorable trip. The kids were reluctant to leave, and we'll definitely choose Universal again next time.

The hotel room was very clean, and the one-hour early entry to the park was a huge plus. It was great to be able to watch movies of all Universal Studios IPs for free. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were wonderful.
