This hotel is popular even with locals. The breakfast offers a rich variety of flavors, the room is clean with direct drinking water, and all facilities are complete. The swimming pool is currently under renovation, but guests can use the infinity pool on the 25th floor of the neighboring building. The location is also excellent; within a few minutes' walk, you'll find numerous shopping malls, supermarkets, the Lot 10 Hutong food court, and Jalan Alor. It's only about a 10-odd MYR Grab ride to Merdeka Square, Petaling Street, and the Petronas Twin Towers. The MRT is just a few minutes' walk away, and the 1 MYR bus stop is right across the street. There's also a 'Durian Brothers' nearby that serves delicious cream buns.

The room was quite good, and the service was excellent. The transportation was convenient, and there were many choices for breakfast. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, though.

The hotel is great! It's small but has everything you need. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is excellent, and the water pressure is strong – no waiting for hot water. Overall, it's very convenient. Just across the street is Sungei Wang; while not a huge mall, it's perfect for food and drinks.
