Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market

Love the large suite size for setting up our dog crate. Also very quiet for sleeping.

Service was excellent.... My room waa fantastic and so clean..

My observations were the plants in the atrium were very sad—thinking silk would be a better option. And the sofa in our room was sad as well. Sagging and worn. Very minor things, we had a lovely stay!!

We travel with a dog and we love the welcoming attitude. We love the large open areas where we can walk inside and the park area outside is fabulous. Food is available in the hotel and within easy walking distance in the Old Market. Plus, it's easy to get back on the road. We've stayed there several times and would definitely stay again.

Liked the breakfasts, the cook was excellent made great omelettes, did not like the parking set up, should not be changed for staying at the hotel your staying at, also liked the evening free 2 limit drinks

Loved the free social hour and they have an amazing breakfast buffet that is serve yourself or customize your own scrabble...Really good food too from their restaurant. To top it off Maddie was amazing and compassionate!!

Beautiful hotel as you walk in. We had 2 young kids with us and the pool was very cold, wish it was warmer. Our room was big and spacious, but the bed was not comfortable. The 2 other rooms I paid for the guests said the beds were not comfortable as well. Also the street traffic was VERY loud all night. There were alot of options for breakfast, including made fresh omletes and pancakes. My husband was waiting for my sons Mickey Mouse pancake and watched a cockroach fall from the vent directly above the food onto the prep counter, the cook saw it and had a rag to swipe it on the ground. The cook then used the same rag he was using to wipe pans out for the omletes.

Loved our stay! Staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The property was clean, quiet, and walking distance from shops and restaurants. Evening reception was nice and breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyable quick stay for our family of 4.

There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room.
