We chose MGM Shenzhen for a short weekend getaway, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Kongxincai [jumping emoji][jumping emoji] from the Guest Experience department, who provided a lot of practical advice during our stay, proactively explained the various activities offered by the hotel, and promptly answered any questions we had. Their thoughtful service truly enhanced our trip. The room environment was very comfortable and spotless, with soft bedding, making for a great stay. The hotel's public areas are exceptionally well-maintained, with a pristine beach and pool. Strolling through the grounds, you can feel the relaxed seaside resort atmosphere everywhere. Staff members across all departments were very friendly, always greeting us proactively and treating guests with genuine politeness. This hotel is perfect for both couples and families. This vacation was incredibly enjoyable, and I've already recommended this hotel to friends and family. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhen.

I was fortunate to have Hyacinth 🪻 as my butler during my stay at MGM Shenzhen. She handled numerous small details during our trip with grace, proactively assisting with restaurant reservations and coordinating our room arrangements according to our needs. What impressed me most was her responsiveness; she always provided immediate feedback to any requests, communicated efficiently, and had a perfect grasp of service etiquette. She wasn't overly polite, yet she always prioritized the guest's actual experience. The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location in Xiaomeisha, and its facilities are top-notch. Coupled with this attentive and practical butler service, our entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. It felt far from a generic, assembly-line service experience, and instead, a truly high-quality vacation.

This hotel offers direct, front-row views of Xiaomeisha, with all sea-view rooms featuring large balconies. You can enjoy the ocean vista from bed or while bathing, and the sunset from the balcony in the evening creates an incredible ambiance. The room's amenities are brand new, including smart lighting, double vanity bathrooms, premium toiletries, a complimentary mini-bar, and welcome fruit – all provided. The turndown service is thoughtful, with slippers neatly placed and bedding meticulously tidied. Ms. Kongxincai provided exceptional service – she was very responsive and friendly. Our check-in was delayed due to a crowd, but she promptly sent fruit and snacks in the evening, which was a very kind gesture 👍🏻. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, and the main highlight in the evening is the 'M Show,' akin to those in Las Vegas, with fire dancing, acrobatics, and song and dance performances creating an incredibly vibrant atmosphere, truly enhancing the resort experience by the sea. The facilities are comprehensive: a heated infinity pool, outdoor water park, sky-high children's playground, and the 'Little Lion's Club' which offers childcare, allowing parents to truly relax. Guests can access the exclusive private beach directly with their room card; the sand is fine, and complimentary sand-digging tools are provided. The shallow waters are safe for children to play and hunt for shells. This will definitely be our first choice hotel for Diao/Xiao Meisha next time!

This time, I brought my children for a holiday, and the overall check-in experience was excellent. As soon as we arrived, a staff member escorted us to the executive lounge for check-in, avoiding the long queues in the lobby. The check-in process was very fast and efficient; we didn't have to wait for a room and were quickly settled in. My kids absolutely loved the hotel's Little Lion Club and the Sky Family Fun Park, and there were plenty of activities to participate in. It's truly perfect for families with children looking for a holiday. I especially want to commend the staff member 'Lettuce' for her incredibly warm and thoughtful service, actively responding to all our questions. We'll definitely bring our family back to stay again!

At first, I thought it was just a cliché, but after experiencing it myself, I truly understand that these four words are brought to life here by a group of warm-hearted people who pay attention to every detail. If I could only use one phrase to describe this trip, it would definitely be "pampered relaxation." Before I left, I compared the reviews online. Upon entering the hotel, the iconic "sky screen" design and the S-shaped streamlined space in the lobby were indeed stunning; every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. But what truly touched me was the constant care from Leopard 🐆, the Guest Experience Department manager. As many guests have mentioned, Leopard 🐆 proactively added me on WeChat on the day of check-in to communicate, down to asking about my children's ages, preferred floor, and pillow type. On the day we arrived, she even personally greeted us in the lobby and accompanied me and my children to our room. She remembered that we casually mentioned "the kids are sensitive to noise" and even thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for us when she found out it was our birthday, specifically assigning a room in a quiet area. The room itself exceeded expectations. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the clear blue sea and sky of Xiaomeisha. Closing the balcony door instantly brought silence to the world; the soundproofing was excellent. During our stay, whether it was booking a table at a restaurant or inquiring about routes to the beach, Leopard 🐆 always replied instantly and arranged everything in advance. Compared to the somewhat "aloof" butler service at some other hotels mentioned on the platforms, MGM's "always-responsive" and lightning-fast attentiveness truly stands out. As other guests mentioned, even if you want to see a robot deliver items to satisfy a child's curiosity, they thoughtfully arrange it. This trip confirmed for me that MGM Shenzhen not only has the hard power of a luxury hotel but also the soft power of people like Leopard 🐆 who truly understand guests and provide heartfelt service. After watching the exciting M Show performance and returning to the room at night, seeing my children's satisfied sleeping faces, I genuinely felt that this was a perfect, five-star holiday worth recommending.

Rooms are equipped with smart bathrooms, a 'starry sky' bathtub, and soft, comfortable bedding, demonstrating attention to detail and quality. The facilities are comprehensive. You get direct access to Xiaomeisha beach and can borrow sand-digging tools for free. The outdoor heated pool, children's water park, and 'Little Lion' kids' club cater to all family needs. The nightly 'M Show' fire performance creates an amazing atmosphere. Multiple restaurants offer delicious food, with fresh seafood at the buffet. The 18th-floor sky bar provides panoramic views of the entire coastline. The service is thoughtful and attentive. You can arrange for baby supplies in advance, and the butler team is very responsive. There were slight queues for breakfast and check-in only during peak weekend hours; avoiding these times will enhance your experience. With its new facilities, unbeatable views, and complete family amenities, this is a top choice for a coastal vacation in eastern Shenzhen.
