MGM Shenzhen

Before booking, we saw some mixed reviews online, but decided to experience it for ourselves. This two-day, one-night stay proved that MGM is truly a trustworthy major brand. Both the hardware facilities and the service were super top-notch, and every staff member we encountered—right down to the housekeeping team—was warm and friendly. It definitely lives up to its five-star rating. After we made the reservation, a staff member reached out to inform us of check-in details and understand our specific needs. Youzi from the Guest Experience team (whom we added on WeChat) followed up on our itinerary the whole time, clearly explaining all the hotel facilities, activities, and dining options beforehand. The service was meticulous and thoughtful. Learning that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they arranged a room with a beautiful view, gifted us a small cake, and decorated the room to create a romantic ambiance. The food at the Italian restaurant was delicious, the breakfast was abundant, the beach and pool were vibrant, the 'M Show' was energetic and fantastic, and the bar was delightful. Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves in the room was incredibly healing. We spent a wonderful and unforgettable anniversary here.

Facilities: Very good, with a lot of options—a total of three playgrounds, both indoor and outdoor, and very clean. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Really nice! Service: The front desk service was great, and our butler, Bala, was amazing.

The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable, featuring a large terrace with an ocean view and direct, easy access to the beach. The service here is exceptional, and our personal butlers were incredibly attentive. A special thanks to Pistachio and Guava for making this trip such a wonderful and satisfying experience.

This was our first time staying at the MGM Shenzhen with our 12-month-old baby, and the overall experience was a solid 10/10. The Guest Experience Managers (Pomelo and Guava) were extremely responsive online. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the breakfast selection was very rich, and the complimentary vacation photoshoot provided by the hotel was professional (just remember to book in advance!). Although our baby is still too small to use many of the children's facilities, we still highly recommend this hotel for families with babies, especially given its super convenient location close to Xiaomeisha Sea World. All in all, a 100-point stay, and we will definitely bring our little one back again!

Our stay at MGM Shenzhen was an absolute 10/10 experience! A special shout-out to staff member **Happy Bean** ✨ Happy Bean was prompt, warm, and extremely polite. The attention to detail in their service was fantastic and truly heartwarming! The breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options with consistently high quality, and the dining environment was very pleasant. Hotel guests can access Xiaomeisha Beach directly using their room cards. The sand is fine and soft, making it super convenient for kids to dig in the sand and play in the water—it has such a wonderful seaside resort vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, making the whole stay thoroughly enjoyable. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

Great variety at breakfast, clean and tidy room, and thoughtful service. The kids loved it. We went to the swimming pool, and the staff member Jimmy was extremely helpful and responsive, even helping the little ones with their swim rings. Truly thoughtful service.

Before our check-in, Pistachio proactively reached out to us online, providing detailed information about the schedule of various hotel activities, tips for visiting the beach and the Little Lion Club, and inquiring about our travel needs in advance. Communication was extremely prompt, and almost all messages were replied to very quickly. Whenever we had any questions during our stay, she handled them reliably and thoughtfully without any perfunctory attitude or canned responses, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's hardware itself is quite impressive; the room offers an expansive view with the balcony directly facing the stunning sea views of Xiaomeisha, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the beach, swimming pool, and the M-Show are all well worth experiencing. While a high volume of weekend crowds is an objective reality, it was evident that the hotel team was doing their utmost to manage on-site flow effectively. A great vacation experience is half about the environment and half about the service. Pistachio's professional yet warm service made our family feel truly valued. This stay has left us with wonderful memories, and when we vacation in Xiaomeisha next time, MGM Shenzhen will still be our top choice. Highly recommended to everyone!

Fantastic service! We mentioned it was a birthday and they sent a cake to our room. The ocean view was stunning, and the various shows were great to watch too. We will definitely come back again. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and varied—next time we'll definitely stay a few more nights!
