Home2 Suites by Hilton Salem

Very nice property and enjoyed the stay

Loved the young woman at the front desk when I checked in! She’s was full of enthusiasm, with a great big smile. Very friendly as well as professional.

The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. The room was great, the bed was awesome, even the water pressure was awesome. Just had a very pleasant stay. Our new home away from home in Salem. Staff was helpful in every way. Breakfast was awesome. Parking was convenient.

Not a good experience from Checking in there was no one and when the front desk showed up he answered the phone and I have to wait till he is sales a room and the sofa bed mattress is very old and the sheets were not the right size

Our room had a lot of noise as we were told it was the last room next to lobby. All night i could hear trucks, people, breakfast set up. However, staff was amazing Cleanliness was excellent.

Good parking, bed NOT comfortable, pull out couch NOT comfortable, pillows NOT comfortable. There was a large team of noisy teenagers who were hogging all the breakfast which wasn’t very good. Safe area

Clean room, very good service. The only thing I found disgusting was the gym and laundry sharing space, and I was not able to exercise, the steam of the laundry was all over the gym.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained.
