The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

There are no words to describe the beauty of the place!! Outside of high season, mild temperatures being in the middle of the sea!! Good service, wonderful room, although the food is not up to par but it's what there is now in Cuba!! Everything is great, thank you

What an amazing week at Sanctuary! Sunshine every day and a team of staff including Odlanier and Jose our Butlers who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Pedro at the Nativa Bar makes the best coffee .It was truly a beautiful getaway, and we can't wait to come back.
