Hotel Sapa Square Affiliated by Melia

Enjoyed a free upgrade to the suite in Sapa Square. Breakfast was great, location was fantastic. Food readily available and plenty of massage shops around. Sapa Square is just opp Sun Plaza and we can just take a photo any time. Loved the beef pho at Tim's Sapa Kitchen. Highly recommended Only cons are the crowd, noise of cars and the opp pub.

Amazing experience, lives up to expectation Had a great time, the service was very good and we always felt welcome and appreciated.. Special compliments to Pika and Thomas were so friendly and always ready to help or give a good recommendation I would hugely recommend this hotel and would happily return 😍

Total we  are satisfied but the wifi is very poor you should improve the connection only thank you👏

Everything was good, the staff were kind and helpful, central location so strolling around the streets was pretty easy and convenient, breakfast not very varied but delicious, highly recommended. If only the bathroom of family room could be divided into two (as it is really large) then it would be perfect.

A very pleasant stay in the heart of Sapa. The hotel is centrally located, right in front of Sun Plaza making it easy to explore the area on foot or by train. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of options, and the service was friendly and professional. Excellent value for money, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! Would definitely come here again.

Like the location right at the town square of Sapa. It's super convenient whether for restaurants, massages (try red dao herbal bath), going up to Fransipan where Sunplaza is just across the street, hiking, etc. There are much to see n do from this hotel. Staff are really friendly n helpful. SAPA is very scenic n worth visiting.

We were here for a family holiday to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience! A special thank you to Pika, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She contacted us in advance about our booking and kept us updated to make sure our surprise celebration went smoothly. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The location is also very accessible, and we feel so lucky to have chosen this place especially since it was during their festive season. Everything made our celebration even more special. I will definitely come back again next time! Highly recommended! ❤️
