Very old hotel and not very well maintained. It should be rated just only 2 stars at maximum.

hotel needs massive investment to be contemporary with the facilities what the new brands are provided....some of the facilities are old and need replacement like the bathroom faucets where not functional!! the electric kettles are in poor condition. for breakfast, quality and spread need improvement. overall, its a okay okay stay and not memorable stay!!

It was a wonderful experience staying with Hhi .... Decent location between heart of the city. Hospitality was at its peak be it comfort, service everything... The main aspect is having well trained staffs.... I would like to thanks Ms. Debamitra Banerjee for her warm gesture she was excellent in her prompt service n response during the stay.. Will recommend everyone.

My stay at HHI in the Colony Premium Room was very disappointing. The overall experience did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and service. - The staff was non‑responsive and unhelpful when issues were reported. - Room service was poor, with long delays and lack of proper attention. - The room itself was in bad condition, with broken furniture. - The television was not working, adding to the frustration. For a premium room, I expected far better standards of service and maintenance. The stay was uncomfortable and unsatisfactory, and I hope management takes immediate steps to improve responsiveness, room upkeep and service quality.

It was a great experience. My room number was 224. Pintu Sir and Mousumi Ma'am were so helpful and caring. Thank you for giving the best service.

Pintu and mousumi were very excellent at their job plus friendly in nature. Loved their room service at HHI. They were very much welcoming.

Staying and experiencing 5star hotel for the first time. Hence don't have any other experience to compare with. But overall the experience was good. Liked Location, service, cleanliness, etc. Mousumi and Pintu came for house keeping. They were very much good at their work. Liked their behavior and coordination.
