We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
The hotel offers different room categories to suit various budgets. As expected in the Old Quarter, some standard rooms are compact, but the descriptions and photos are accurate. We upgraded to a spacious balcony room at a very reasonable price and found it extremely comfortable.
The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and spa, which were perfect for relaxing after our tours.
A special thank you to Cindy, who helped organize our entire Vietnam trip, including the Hanoi City Jeep Tour, Sapa, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, train tickets to Da Nang, and a Ba Na Hills day trip. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally.
We would also like to thank managers Ann and Dong for their dedication and excellent management. The reception team—May, Anna, Lily, and Bob—were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help whenever we needed assistance.
The hospitality here truly made our trip more enjoyable. We would happily stay again on our next visit to Hanoi.
