The meals were quite traditional Japanese. However, the hotel's onsen (hot spring) experience was excellent, and the rooms were notably larger than typical city business hotels. Overall, it's highly recommended. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, but visiting the nearby Oirase Gorge was a lot of fun.

The location is indeed a bit remote, but the facilities are clean and the room is quite spacious. They also offer two types of hot springs to enjoy, one of which is open until midnight, which is great for guests who come back late. Recommended!

It takes about an hour's drive from Oirase Gorge and Sukayu Onsen. For dinner, we had a refreshing meal of horse meat jingisukan (grilled lamb). The hot spring water was very alkaline, and it made my skin incredibly smooth. I was surprised to find that even the water coming out of the tap contained hot spring components. There were many day-trippers from the morning. There was a coin laundry on the premises, which was very helpful as I was able to do laundry once during my 2-night, 3-day trip.

Highly recommended for self-driving travelers, as the location is quite far from the train station. There's also a convenient self-service laundry service nearby. Free hot spring baths are provided every night. While the bathhouse is small, it's perfectly adequate. Breakfast options are simple, not particularly fancy, but they're plentiful and delicious. The rooms are generally clean, and although they're located in the suburbs, there were small insects every night, but it didn't affect the stay. ☀️ The staff in the cafeteria are friendly and courteous to foreigners.

The location is very inconvenient, basic after six o'clock back to the hotel has been very dark and dangerous, and before returning to the hotel must solve the dinner problem, stayed two nights lived on the 2nd floor without lift, have guests move themselves up the long stairs, and the room is small to scare
