I would travel and stay here but not for the ****** 😭 the area was quiet and friendly service

The only plus was the limo that took you to the Foxwoods Venue. The property needs a DEEP CLEANING.

The room was poorly maintained and not very clean. It smelled musty, as if someone had recently smoked in the room. I checked in late a the evening and couldn't find another hotel available anywhere near me (I didn't have a car) and I had to leave early so I stuck it out. Can't believe this place has decent reviews. I would never stay there again!

We were in a quiet, standard jacuzzi room. Hubby and I used our phones and listened to music because the TV gave us issues. Even with that, we had no need to contact the front desk after check-in. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and went there for a concert at Foxwoods. It is dated and basic, but you make it work traveling there with someone fun and enjoys just chilling! Bring a coffee maker or hot pot- only a decent, very clean mini fridge and microwave were in the room. Foxwoods is about 15-minutes away. DoorDash delivers right to the door. Yes, getting away in a low-key jacuzzi room for a few days, I recommend it. Price is a little high for what you see, but Everthing appears higher there.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed ar. My room smelled very bad like cigarette smoke and the people that we’re staying upstairs feom our room were loud all night, got no sleep. Very disappointed

The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next door. The room on the other side - the dog kept barking. My room was facing the reception area and they turned on really bright lights outside that the Levelor blinds couldn't keep out. Then there was the pillows. There were five of them and they were so overstuffed - all of them - that my head was at such a bad angle that my neck hurt in the morning. Due to all of this I only got about 4 hours sleep.

This property is nothing like the photos. Check in was great and friendly but other than that it was a disappointment. Broken window opener, mold and dust around and on ceiling may have been a fire at one time cause looks like burn marks around the smoke alarm. Cracked bathroom sink. Room was non smoking but smelled like it’s been smoked in since 1980 and also the last time it was renovated. I put my own blanket on the bed and slept on that cause everything in the room just felt dirty. Didn’t even shower in the morning as I just wanted to get out of there. That neighbors were having a party and it was like they were in my room. I would recommend NOT staying here at all cost. I tried to look at other hotels near by but nothing available or all had terrible reviews.

The room was discusting I actually walked in and then walked back out and went to front seat and returned the keys and asked for my money back and they wouldn’t give it back to me. Now I will have to go through ******* to try and get my money back the room was dirty and the ceiling tiles were falling down in some areas I wouldn’t let my dog stay in their rooms

We rented a two queen deluxe room so we could use the Jacuzzi tub after a long day of traveling. We arrived around 11pm, the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. As we arrived to our room we struggled to get the door open because it stuck and had to be pushed hard to open. When we entered it was immediatley noted that the room was not clean. The floors were dirty, there were cobwebs all over the ceiling and there was even a spider waiting for me on my pillow. After accepting this was it for the night because it was too late to deal with it we went in to try the jacuzzi tub and quickly realized that we would not be able to use it as the knob to turn it on was broken completely off, the tub was also very discolored. After settling for a shower I was then stuck in the bathroom because the door was out of straight and stuck in the top corner. After pulling on it from the inside the handle then broke off in my hand and my husband had to push the upper corner of the door from the outside of the bathroom for me to get out. After finally crawling into our hard bed at 1 am we were woken at 3 am to screaming outside our room door by a man at his wife and again at 4:30. We felt unsafe to go outside and would never stay here again. The friendly lobby staff was the only good thing about our stay, otherwise it was terrible and we would not recomend this place to anyone!
