Staff was friendly but the no stair, walkin room was not available. I did call them before I booked, was told there would be no problem as I should note this in special request at booking. When i arrived and was given the room, there were no maps to navigate property. After 20 minutes searching, i found the room at the top of a double flight of stairs...no way I could navigate those. I was ready to drop exhausted, yet had to go all the way back to lobby. Then best they could do was still up 8-10 stairs. NOT COOL!
Room was older, a bit dusty around the edges, cobwebs hanging on the wall, tv covered in dust, empty nip bottle behind TV (was trying to find connection), old tangerine? and clutter behind nightstand. We won't talk about the dust bunnies etc. under the bed. I really wanted a bath, but standing in the shower made the tub floor creak and crack like I was gonna break through. Didn't think filling it with water was a good idea.
Brakfast was okay. I was impressed that there was an actual waffle iron and batter, milk and OJ in the fridge and an assortment of
