Booked an executive room for over 400 RMB, but it was tiny and the environment was really poor. The room was on the 8th floor, and the small elevator only went up to the 7th floor, so I had to climb stairs after getting off the elevator 😅. The hotel advertises itself as 3-star, but it looks more like a guesthouse. This was the worst experience I've had with Ctrip in over ten years. I took one look at the room, left, and booked another hotel. I don't understand how it got all those good reviews.

Cleanliness is a big no-no. Very dusty. I have to wipe off the dirts on the kettle myself. Dirty - found cocroah in the bathroom. Smell wasn’t nice, at times can smell sewerage-like smell entering the room (Rm 802). Bfast plain simple.Facilities are old, and not well maintained. Staff not really customer-oriented.

Great hotel, recommended. Big room for 3 people, simple but reasonable place. Easy to explore the old quarter and delicious local restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff are very helpful and sincere. The hotel is a bit old but still a very good place for a short stay.
