Hanoi Stella Hotel

This hotel radiates elegance and comfort, offering warm hospitality and impeccable service that makes every guest feel truly valued.

The foto on the website do not suit to the actual condition of the room. The room requir renovation. We booked Delux room, but actialy it is budget room. The bathroom too small, the shower almoust under toilet, it everytime is wet, the door do not lock well, so feel unsafe. To be tru, the advantages are also present, there are: good location, well operate facilites in the bagthoom (hot water, drain, shower gel e.t.c), comfortable bed, free drink water and tea, coffe), welcom perdonal. But I will not stay again in those hotel.

It was okay, the bedroom but the bathroom was very dirty. I couldn’t use the shower as it was too dirty.

Friendly staff who moved our luggage into our bedrooms when we were out waiting for check in. Great value for its location on the edge of old quarter.

Cleanliness is a big no-no. Very dusty. I have to wipe off the dirts on the kettle myself. Dirty - found cocroah in the bathroom. Smell wasn’t nice, at times can smell sewerage-like smell entering the room (Rm 802). Bfast plain simple.Facilities are old, and not well maintained. Staff not really customer-oriented.

This was my second time staying there and always a good experience. Great services and location!
