Hotel SB Ciutat Tarragona

The hotel has a great location, but the room smelled terrible. There was an unknown liquid on the toilet after I checked in, so the hygiene was questionable.

The refrigerator and air conditioner in the room were broken, the pool is tiny for a hotel with so many rooms, however the staff's service was good

Rude, unfriendly staff, even the maids. misleading photos, the pool was tiny which was not shown in the photos. I went there the day before to check the reservation to make sure that there was indeed a 15-year-old child on the reservation, on the job I was told that the price did not change for the next day when I arrived I paid a surplus for an “additional” person, even though it was included in the reservation. Smell of humidity, Air conditioning not great. In short, a place to avoid.

Hotel elegante y muy bonito. Súper recomendable con un servicio y atención excelente.

Personal atento, hotel bien comunicado, pero está ya un poco antiguo, necesita reformas. Desayuno bufet de no muy buena calidad
