Studio One Thamrin Hotel

In terms of location, it's close to the Thamrin area and the MRT/train station. The staff service was excellent; everything was great. They helped store food in the fridge and provided an iron. The room, however, was a bit lacking. Firstly, essential toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste weren't provided. Secondly, under the bed wasn't cleaned. So, overall, I'd give it a 9/10. I just hope they can improve the room aspect.

Personally, I liked the service and the small but clean rooms. Room 206, second floor. Important: there are trains passing by and it's noisy. It's better to know this and use earplugs (that's what I did, and everything was fine in the end). The staff is very pleasant!

The management at this hotel is unfortunately terrible and very poor. 1. I booked two rooms for two days. On the first day, while I was out, the hotel staff entered my room without my permission, claiming they were cleaning it. My belongings, including my bag and phone, were still in the room. Afterward, the hotel sent me a WhatsApp message with a photo showing a blood-like stain on the duvet. We were upset because they checked the room before we were ready to check out and without our permission. They then demanded a fine. 2. We learned our lesson, so on the second night, before we went to bed, we video-recorded the condition of the sheets and mattress, which were indeed dirty and had many stains. This was our evidence for check-out the next day. And sure enough, when we checked out, they again claimed there was a stain on the pillow. But since we had proof, we complained. So, for anyone planning to stay here, please be careful and double-check the condition of your room.

The room didn't have a hairdryer, and the towels and pillowcases were old and discolored. The bathroom was split into a separate vanity area and shower room. There's a bar next door, so it was a bit noisy at night, but everything else was fine.
