Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur At KL Midtown

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. All the staff were excellent and very polite, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely come back just for their breakfast! The breakfast staff explained the different dishes, and their desserts, Indian food, and Malaysian food were all superb. The pool area was very comfortable. The only slight drawback was the construction site opposite, which marred the view a bit. Both the room and the pool offer views of the Petronas Twin Towers in the distance. I look forward to staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is brand new and quite grand. The front desk service was good, and the cleanliness was acceptable for our one-day stay. The room design was also very comfortable. The only downsides were that the phone in our room was broken, so we had to scan a QR code or go downstairs to request anything. We also initially thought the hairdryer was broken, but it turned out we just needed to try four different outlets before finding one that worked. For a new hotel, these issues were quite disappointing. The hotel's location is also quite remote. If you're looking to visit the Petronas Towers area, a taxi ride will take at least 15 minutes (Kuala Lumpur traffic is very heavy).

Fantastic hotel! Excellent value for money. It was comfortable, quiet, and very clean – I loved everything about it. You also don't have to worry about finding good food outside, as they have everything you could possibly need right there. It would be even better if they offered massage services directly in the hotel!

The room hygiene is also very well-done, making us feel at ease during our stay. The breakfast is a major highlight of this hotel. The variety is extensive, with plenty of options. Both the local delicacies and Western dishes are delicious, and we were thoroughly satisfied with our meals every day 😋. The most commendable aspect is the service attitude of the hotel staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel or the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and polite. Both check-in and dining experiences made us feel truly at home. The hotel also offers dinner, which is a convenient option if you've been out all day and don't want to venture out for food. The location is also great. Overall, this is a well-equipped, comfortable, and service-oriented hotel that I highly recommend. We had a very pleasant experience on both our stays, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance, and will recommend it to our friends and family!

The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that there's no sink in the toilet area; you have to go to the shower room next door. The staff were very polite, very nice!
