Hygiene: The bed linens were changed every other day, but they always had stains. What was most unbearable was the smell from the toilet; as long as the bathroom door was closed for a while, it would smell really bad, even with the fan on. WiFi speed was slow. There were limited places to walk to. The hotel is located on a one-way overpass, which makes it inconvenient to get to the other side of the road, so you can only take a taxi to get around. The service, however, was good, and the staff were very nice. The complimentary food and drink vouchers were a nice touch.

The staff here are incredibly kind, truly the best! The location is a bit out of the way, but it's a quick Grab ride. I loved the lush, green vibe at the entrance, and the cocktails in the evening were top-notch! The breakfast ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious :)

breakfast is okay. it does the job for the price you pay. didn't really use the facilities as we are out most of the time. Appreciate the 1 bedroom hotel room provided and a kitchen.

Very new and modern hotel, walking distance to airport and central plaza Chiang Mai airport. Very beautiful good size swimming pool and Koi fish pound just outside the lobby, friendly staff, nice rooftop bar and restaurant with nice food. We got a welcome fruit as part of our package booked on Trip, hotel have also provided two small Japanese snacks and chocolate coins (during Chinese new year time) for our 6 year old little girl, she love it. Breakfast buffet was also very good at 5 stars level, hot foods (freshly cooked noodles/Kao Soi made by staff) and good quality coffee to enjoy our slow morning. Worth to comeback again next time when we visit Chiang Mai.

This is a lovely hotel and resort. Gorgeous bathroom, one bedroom apartment style with a few furnishings if you want to cook. The TV only has one English Channel and you can not connect your apps, although the remote looks like you can. They have a spa and 2 restaurants, along with a breakfast buffet. It is on a major street behind a privacy wall; but that means there is not much to do if you want to walk to learn the area. Excellent and courteous staff, with some English but they displayed a dedication to high quality service.

A good choice if you bring your car or rental... Still, i made it without... there's Central Airport Mall 10 minutes walk away (though walking thru a dusty highway), and the restaurant on the left side passing the 7-11 was great... opens till late, and their shrimp and crab cakes were excellent... the hotel offers no swimming pool (said under maintenance) and gym was tiny... so if you are driving and needing a comfy condo to stay in... this is the place!

The staff is helpful. But the air conditioning is not performed well. The direction of fan was blowing directly to my head and made me awaken once or twice a night. There is no way to adjust the direction and strength of fan.
