Best location, really clean hotel and just easy to access through any mode of travel. The receptionists are so kind and warming. Amazing views of Taipei too. 10/10 will book agai

The room was okay and clean overall, but the cigarette smoke smell at the level 6 lobby was extremely bad. Although there is a designated smoking room, it seems the hotel has not done enough to contain the smell. The entire lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout the day. Unfortunately, Level 6 is also a passageway you need to go through when changing lifts to get to your room or when leaving the hotel, so it was difficult to avoid the smell. The air conditioning was also not very strong, which may be an issue during summer. Likewise the fridge in the room is also barely cold. On top of that, the hair dryer was of very poor quality. It has a weak airflow, while the heat was so intense that it felt like it was burning my scalp. Felt like a hairdryer from 20 years ago. The hotel should consider changing them. Would not recommend or be back. You can get a better room for the same price or cheaper in Taipei

Location is at one end of XMD. Can easily reach all the shopping and eateries just by walking around. We also went to other parts of taipei using the bus stops just mins from the hotel. Will stay again.

Nice and super convenient hotel. No need to worry about 3 meals , just step out and will find famous ********* beef noodles and fruit juice. Definitely will recommend to friends and family 😁

The room is well-furnished. The location is close to MRT station with around 8-10 mins walking distance. One minor improvement can be made will be the water pressure during shower.

Location is nice and convenient. If you enjoy Japanese hospitality and the traditional Japanese housekeeping setup, then this is for you. I got a room with a nice view, as shown in the photo. The staff are helpful and accommodating. However, the Wi-Fi is extremely slow throughout the property. Our room’s TV remote control was also not working, and the light on the air-conditioning switch was quite bothersome at night. Overall, a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
