The Chandler at White Mountains, an Ascend Hotel Collection Membe

The room was very clean and updated. The towels were plentiful and thick. The pool and sauna were lovely; the gym facilities were great as well. Laundry on site was convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious mix of fresh baked goods and some fruit options which I was more than happy with. I love sweets but my partner is a very healthy eater. He only had coffee and a banana, so he found the selection less appealing. Would definitely stay again.

A very quiet location with some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Appreciated the guest laundry service and ample parking.

Unable to sleep two nights do to loud families being up all night and jumping around above us staff would not ask the family to keep it down and was extremely rude. The manager called to understand situation as other families also complained of the noise but nothing was offered as far compensation Or discount for future use. Very disappointed.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Like the last time our room was excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly. We liked sitting out front but the benches could use some paint. We were extremely disappointed by the breakfast offerings. We stayed last year and breakfast was good. This year you offered nothing but carbs. For the same money we could have picked a different hotel with a nice breakfast. We told the staff of a dirty microwave and it was cleaned right away. We also didn't appreciate the barking dogs.

I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. I thought that was so considerate. Then - on top of that, when checking out, I left some clothes in the bathroom. I called them and one of the staff, Matt, was so quick to spring into action to check for me. He looked in the room for me, was super communicative, and was a real hero in my book. Eventually ended up getting my items returned which was outstanding. Otherwise, the premise was extremely tidy, like - more tidy than hotels triple the price. So, if you're looking for comfort I wouldn't worry here. The town itself is pretty quaint. Not a whole lot of foot traffic if you're used to big cities but I don't imagine people stay here for night life! Overall solid stay -

Brian at the front desk was super helpful and kind. He gave our kids free tokens for the arcade because their pool was down and it was memorial weekend. Their gym was pretty good and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The rooms were nice but you can tell its working its way towards a little run down as there were some wallpaper issues, some carpet stains, ceiling repairs and some minor damages that hadn't been repaired yet. Overall it was a quiet and enjoyable stay for the one night we were there.

The breakfast was great we had scrambled eggs with seasoned potatoes as a hot plate option and bagels, muffins, and cereal as other options it was a good spread

We stay here every time we are in the area. Rooms are large, updated and clean. Reklis Brewing is .5 miles away and great for dinner, followed by ice cream at SSIC before walking back to the hotel. Morning stroll to Maia Papaya for specialty coffee and pastries ends with another 1-mile round trip on foot from the hotel. Major bonus: dog friendly!

Clean rooms and hotel, pleasant staff. Very nice breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.). Pool and arcade area a bonus. Easy walk to Bethlehem center. Would definitely stay there again.
