The hotel is conveniently located near Wakkanai Station, the breakwater, and the ferry port. As a family-run hostel, it's a good choice if you enjoy experiencing different things and socializing. If you're sensitive to noise, the soundproofing is only average. The owner is friendly, comics are available for free borrowing, and bicycles can be rented. One thing to note is that toiletries are not provided. However, you can purchase them at the front desk; razors and toothbrushes are 50 yen each.

The separate room is comfortable and clean, suitable for a one-night stay. The public areas are also very convenient, clean and tidy, the self-service check-in procedure is convenient, and the rooms are air-conditioned and warm.

After checking in, I had planned to eat around the nearby station, but most of the stores were closed by the evening, which was disappointing. I also went to the supermarket to buy some groceries. The inn's dining room was free to use, so I had no problems. It was my first time to use a shared shower, so I was concerned about the gap in the curtain partition in the changing room, but overall I enjoyed the camp-like atmosphere.

Shared room, very clean, very close to the "breakwater". There is a soup curry shop nearby, and also a delicious izakaya "Hanagaki". It is also not far from the port, so it is very convenient to catch the early morning boat to Rebun Island.
