We've been coming to the Hotel every year for over 15 years. We feel at home here. We appreciate your kindness and your personal service. This year, we celebrated our 49th anniversary in the hotel restaurant. I hope to celebrate again (50th) next year.

This hotel is a perfect place for a relaxing holidays on a semi private beach, a lovely swimming pool, comfortable pool restaurant and bar and the most professional and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay, made even better by the timing. Around half of the hotel was closed due to recent renovations, which meant a much quieter and more relaxed atmosphere throughout—something we really appreciated. The rooms were immaculate. Newly refurbished, they feel fresh, modern, and very close to five-star quality. The only small improvement would be enabling the TVs to connect easily to mobile devices for streaming. The buffet exceeded expectations: well-priced and clearly above average in both quality and variety. The staff truly stood out. Despite some challenges with parking, they went above and beyond to help, always with kindness and a genuine willingness to assist. The location is simply unbeatable. The beach is breathtaking—one of the highlights of the entire stay. Congratulations to the whole team. This was our first experience with Barceló, and it has definitely turned us into loyal customers.

Beautiful located resort close to the ocean with a beautiful pool area. The bathrooms are ready for an overhaul. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Starting with the good parts. The recepionist who was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful. The bar and bar staff and drinks were wonderful. Pool area was clean. On my first night I paid €25 for the buffet dinner, a series of items that had been left out and had gone cold. I had cold wedges, cold pasta sauce and unidentified "bbq meat" followed by tasteless cake and ice cream in a plastic container. Even though I had already paid, the staff didn’t believe me and I had to explain twice and then go back to reception to double check. The restaurant staff didn’t come to see if I wanted a drink, I had to chase them around the restaurant for a menu then again to order. They walked past me several times. Zero service. I put my do not disturb sign on my bedroom. However on Friday amd Saturday the room attendant knocked my door like there was a fire until i got up from my lounger and answered her. I was indeed disturbed, and took myself to the beach to be able to relax. I asked reception to make sure she didn’t disturb me, and this seemed to make her behaviour worse. On my last day she banged on the door 45minutes before check out until I opened it and was yelling at me that check out was at 12 and clapping her hands at me. Very aggressive. I told reception upon check out and they said they would make sure I wasn't disturbed again. I had to laugh at this point. Don't stay here unless you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt.

We spend 4 days with our 2 kids and loved how easy was to get to the beach with a 3 and 1 year old. They also loved the kids pool and the night live music. The family room was super spacious and we all slept through the 3 nights haha. Staff were very attractive and kind.

The cleanliness was excellent and the food was amazing, the pool staff were entertaining and energetic the whole day. We didn't like the expensive parking 15€ per day and on the 2nd day we reported a faulty outside light, it wasn't fixed in our 2 weelswe

Very good location near the beach. The hotel is quite spacious., and the parking worked very well (you can have a full stay ticket to enter and exit the park). Breakfast and dinner were fine. Swimming pool was good. One needs to book the gym in advance, as well as the sauna, which makes no sense, In addition, the sauna is paid for the hotle customers, again something that makes no sense. The rooms need and update. The cleanliness of the rooms was not adequate. The staff did not seem to be, in general, very friendly.
