Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

Located near the BTS Skytrain, and not far from big markets like Asiatique and Jodd Fairs. The infinity pool offers incredible panoramic views, which is really nice. I rarely write about hotel service, but this hotel offers free drinks, and the most thoughtful touch was the lobby staff proactively helping guests with their luggage. When we were leaving, they even offered us a discounted airport transfer service, which was cheaper than Grab. Truly unforgettable!

I really didn't want to leave this hotel! All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel smells wonderful and has a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. The pool is spectacular, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bangkok. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. They offer complimentary bottled water every day. Direct access to the light rail is a huge convenience. The only downside is that there are no dining options or places to grab a drink in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

I mainly used Grab and didn't take the BTS, but the fact that it's directly connected from the 3rd floor is a huge advantage. The location was also great, making it easy to get to Siam or the riverside. The facilities were clean and all the staff were friendly! The breakfast was delicious too. I also liked that the TV was large and a smart TV.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent. Room service was available 24/7, which was incredibly convenient on evenings when I didn't want to go out for dinner. I ordered many times, and the portions were generous and satisfying. The breakfast buffet was abundant and offered a variety of international cuisines. The noodles were particularly delicious – highly recommend them! Overall, the facilities were comprehensive, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic, expansive view. The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to enjoy a drink while taking in the city skyline.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the BTS station. The breakfast offers a good variety of international options, but I was a little disappointed there weren't any Thai skewers. The room was well-equipped, and the best part was that we were able to find a room with three beds.

I stay at this hotel at least two to three times a year, usually for three to five nights each time. Every time I request a high floor, but it's never arranged. This time, I specifically booked a high-floor room, and I still ended up on the 12th floor. Meanwhile, my colleague, who made no special requests, got a room on the 28th floor. On top of that, most of the rooms I'm given are near the elevator, which is noisy. The soundproofing isn't great; I often hear the light switches from the next room, and I wake up frequently in the middle of the night. As a solo female traveler, the front desk service could be better. So, regarding room allocation, I'm really not impressed. However, the breakfast is quite good. The pool is smaller than I imagined and often crowded with people just soaking. I travel for business in Vietnam too, and even though I stay there frequently and they have all my records, they offer upgrades. While it might not make a huge difference, it at least feels like a different experience.
