Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

I didn’t know what to expect before staying at this hotel, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and even better than I expected. It is directly connected to the Skytrain, making it very convenient to travel around the city. The price was also more affordable than many other hotels in the area, which made the stay even better value for money. During check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, even though we didn’t request one. This thoughtful gesture left a great first impression. The room was stunning, spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room smelled fresh, the water pressure was strong, and the in-room entertainment, including YouTube, worked well. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices including Thai, Chinese, and Western dishes. I especially loved the desserts. I also used the gym during my stay and was very impressed. It was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming, and honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel service and convenient is superb , very convenient , 3rd floor skywalk connect direct to bts Surasak station , nice breakfast too , strong recomend

Good location and convenient for travel with BTS Skytrain because direct entrance and exit walkway from Sarasak Train station to hotel.This is first time of me to stay in this place and I ask for Birthday Cake for my friend and Hotel staffs decorated Birthday room theme for my friend too.I reserved room with lounge. Lounge on 32 floor had variety of food and drink in Morning and Happy Hour(5.30-7.30 pm) and Staffs are lively and happy to offer food and drinks to customers all time. Cocktail at infinity pool is so good taste with great price.Next time I’ll be back again.

Good hotel with a great pool with views. The water could be a little bit warmer. The room was spacious and had an amazing view. Would definitely come back.

Spacious room, well-equipped. Direct, level access via a bridge from the hotel elevator to the MRT. The infinity pool is lovely with shaded seating areas. Pleasant pool bar, good service. Good breakfast buffet with a wide selection. We loved the location; just one MRT stop away, you're on the Chao Phraya River with either express boats or tourist boats, which offer convenient access to many attractions.
