The Executive Suite was great – spacious room with a bathtub. There was a minor issue with the toilet, but the front desk staff promptly sent someone to fix it. Excellent service! The hotel also provided umbrellas for guests since the weather wasn't good.

The room was clean, with an automatic toilet and all necessary amenities from an iron to a hairdryer. Breakfast was delicious. It's very comfortable for business trips.

The decor has a very traditional Vietnamese style, but the cleanliness was poor. The air conditioning was also hard to adjust; even on the lowest setting, it still blew directly onto the head of the bed, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The towels were grimy and dirty, so I had to use my own. All the furniture was black, and the hallway walls were orange, which created a somewhat spooky atmosphere when checking in at night. Those who are easily scared should consider this carefully.

The hotel's location is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, and Paper Bridge Park is within walking distance. The breakfast selection is also quite generous. The bedding is incredibly clean and soft. A big plus is the smart toilet. The Deluxe Suite and Balcony Suite are very spacious. The various drinks served on the first floor are also delicious.
