A beautiful hotel with attentive staffs but slow service. Hotel environment is beautiful and rooms were old fashioned but nice. Will come back support again.

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.

Stay for 3 nights from 26-9-2023.
Clean, friendly stafs, nice hotel. Close to the centre of Semarang culinaries. Close to Citraland mall. Restricted parking lot.
