Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

It's like staying at an mid century luxury manor. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna alongside the health fitness gym are included for guests as well as daily housekeeping. Spa treatments aren't free but they are a must have to experience the full stay, special thanks to Medina who made it all the more worthwhile. Most staff are friendly and accommodating but dinner when a wedding banquet is happening is definitely a long wait especially if you're hungry. Lucky I'm not a critic and was not too hungry. Self service breakfast was included withb my stay and the selection and taste was good. Carlos also deserves a mention as he was helped me sort out a different room when there were strange noises coming from the first room they asigned. Very close to the golf club and that was a nice addition. Next time I will definitely request a room with a view.

Amazing location, so close the motorway. We made full use of the facilities. The bar was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. The spa was no extra charge and perfectly clean. The breakfast was relatively simple but done to an incredibly high standard. The room was also clean and well maintained. We had and excellent stay!

We returned again for our annual family gathering. Beautiful hotel. Everything was lovely except the hotel generally and the room was way too hot! All our guests said so too. Uncomfortably so. Save the planet and turn the heat down. Otherwise a great stay.!

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

Hotel was lovely and clean staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy with a good view. The bar is nice relaxed environment great stay. Free use of pool and sauna which was great

This hotel is always lovely how ever our last two stays at this hotel on both occasions we have had to send our evening meal back because it was cold only slightly warm apart from this little problem the rooms are always nice and clean and the reception staff are always very friendly and always give super service
