Residence Inn Lincoln South

When we arrived we found out that the wheelchair accessible room that we reserved was not available. The room that we ended up in was 99° when we entered it. Someone had turned on the heater to it's highest setting when they left and housekeeping never corrected it. It took 11 hours to cool it down enough to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for our week long vacation. The rooms were really nice and felt like home away from home. The breakfast every morning was delicious and there was a variety of things to choose from on the menu. The kitchen staff was very friendly and greeted us every morning and she kept the breakfast area fully stocked. She was always so gracious to give us a heads up when the kitchen was closing, to allow guests an opportunity to get any extra food if they wanted to. I recommend this hotel to others to stay.

First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers, the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. I will be staying there again soon.

I canceled this reservation on April 17 but got charged on my cc anyway!!! Having trouble getting mgt to help get my money back!!!

The room was nice and clean, kitchen was well equipped. The couch/chase was sagging, when you sat on the couch part a person sunk down and was difficult to get up. The bed was more on the firm side. Breakfast was only served to 9:00 weekdays, it would be nice to extend to 10:00. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Love to stay here! Our favorite It’s so perfectly easy and incredible location Love it!!!

This property was quiet and well maintained. A shoutout to Jameel at the front desk his greeting was fantastic!

It had everything in the kitchen that we need pots pans measuring cups strainer stirs utensils dishes it was everything we could have ever ask for.

Everything was wonderful except the beds. All of us woke up with very little sleep due to the hard beds. The rooms were nice and clean with all the amenities you need. Check in was easy and the area was lovely. I just hope you are a firm bed lover!
