1. Air Conditioning Failure: The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy with zero airflow from the AC. Despite reporting the issue, the hotel was fully occupied and could not offer an alternative room. 2. Broken Facilities: The luggage rack in the room was completely broken and unusable. 3. Malfunctioning Telephones: Both room phones had issues — one was completely broken, and the other only worked in speaker mode. 4. Incorrect Room Configuration: I had requested a King bed, but was assigned a Twin room due to full occupancy. 房型與設施問題： 1. 房型安排混亂： 本身預訂的是 Classic Room，Check-in 時已向 Reception 再三確認，職員表示會協助安排大床房但需等至 3:00 PM。怎料最後卻無緣無故給了我兩張單人床的房卡。 2. 冷氣完全故障： 房間冷氣完全沒有風，整間房極度悶熱。由於酒店位於低層 1 樓，迫於無奈開窗通風，結果街道非常吵鬧，更有很多蚊子飛入，導致整晚完全無法好好休息。 3. 設施多重損壞： 房內兩部電話均有問題（一部完全損壞，另一部必須開啟 Speaker 才能打通），行李架亦完全損壞無法使用。 客訴與處理態度： 雖然客房洗手間算乾淨（乾濕分離），床也算舒服，但這些基本的優點完全無法彌補嚴重的設施缺陷。最令人憤怒的是，與酒店員工多次溝通均沒有獲得任何實質幫助。酒店更以「大堂經理當時請了兩杯咖啡（一杯凍咖啡、一杯熱 Latte）及幾塊餅乾」為由，拒絕提供任何合理退款或補償！將極微小的禮貌招待當作對嚴重影響住宿品質的最終賠償，完全不合理，亦完全不符合五星級奢華酒店應有的標準。

30mins taxi ride from airport, ideal for limiting pick pocket risks. Room was spacious and clean, unlike many other European hotels.  View from rooftop was phenomenal.  Swimming pool was sadly too small even for children. Freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was unbeatable.   Had many trouble with the rooms due to other inconsiderate hotel guests, moved 3 rooms for 3 night stay.  Great customers service. Helped us out along the way.  Will surely come again.
