Elegant Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Yongningmen

My friends and I booked this hotel to see what Xian has to offer, and to see the Terra Cotta Army! Our flight back home was suddenly canceled due to weather, but extending our stay was super easy! Staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very welcoming to foreigners! Nina was available 24/7 if we needed anything, which I was very grateful for! The bar makes a stout drink if that's what you're after, and the view of nightlife is beautiful from the rooftop bar! The rooms are clean and very luxurious, there's a nearby pedestrian street with plenty of bars and restaurants to try, and the location is basically in the heart of downtown Xian, just inside the south gate! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Xian!

Quality and well located hotel. Breakfast is ok, but not exceptional. Stone throw distance from the old city wall. Thumbs up.

The hotel feels very premium the quality of the rooms is outstanding. My room had great aesthetic, materials looked and feeled premium, appliances as well. Curtains were automatic and the toilet had a Japanese style washlet, the terrace was very private. The hotel terrace has a great view of the Xi'an wall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Xi'an.Xiaou Liu even gifted a Xi'an magnet on check out, and asked feedback on my stay. A welcome tea set was also provided upon check in.

After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has an superb location with lots of Xian's main attractions within walking distance. The staff here were so lovely. They helped with the case and provided so much help and assistance. We found the room to be enjoyable with a big comfy bed and a nice view outside. The bath was large and the water temperature suitable. Our only slight issue was the need for more soundproofing. Our large window faced the wall but this meant we could hear music and cars with loud exhausts driving by. Thankfully, most of the noise subsides after 11pm. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and well worth staying if you wish to stay in the heart of Xian.
