Elegant Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Yongning Gate (South Gate)

If there were a 10-point scale, I'd give it a 10. 5 points just isn't enough! First, the service deserves a 10. The front desk lady was so warm, offering hot drinks, and even provided medicine when my child had a stomach ache. They even gave us a souvenir when we left! Second, the dining gets a 10. They delivered beef noodles to our room in the evening, which was perfect as we hadn't eaten yet. Breakfast was incredibly rich, and the best part was the restaurant's location – a first-class spot to see the city wall and Yongning Gate at night! Third, the location is a 10. It's close to many attractions, right by Yongning Gate, near the Bell Tower, and the Muslim Quarter! Fourth, the price is a 10. You get five-star hotel decor and service at an affordable price. It was a better experience than any other hotel I've stayed at in Xi'an! Fifth, the tasteful decor was the most aesthetically pleasing I've ever encountered. Highly recommended! This will be my go-to choice next time I visit Xi'an!

The hotel also offers many value-added services, like afternoon tea and a late-night bowl of noodles, which made our stay feel very rich. What touched me most was the service. The staff were gentle, polite, and responded promptly. I especially want to commend the housekeeping auntie, who cleaned the room meticulously, even proactively folding our clothes and helping with laundry – such thoughtful details. Our entire stay was comfortable and heartwarming, making it suitable for both tourists and short-term visitors. I will definitely prioritize this hotel on my next trip to Xi'an.
