Best hotel in BSD. Just 2 minutes walk to AEON Mall with excellent choices of food cruisine. During my 6 nights stay, my husband and I tried all kinds of cruisine at Aeon. That's the best place to dine and shop. There is also a supermarket. The room itself is super clean. Bed was very comforfy. Water heater is perfect. Transport via grab is very cheap. Hotel staff are very friendly. Gym equipment are clean too. Hotel breakfast has a lot of variety of Indonesia food but it was not to my liking. It's just personal preference. The only thing that I wish the hotel can improve is to Change the TV to smart TV where travellers can watch netfix and YouTube.

Plus points: Water dispensers are available on every floor. When we requested towel and slipper replacements, they were delivered immediately. Negative points: We received a call in the morning offering an add-on breakfast. Perhaps in the future, it would be better to offer add-on breakfast during check-in, so as not to disturb guests' stay in their rooms. 🙏🏻

The service was good, and it's super convenient having Aeon right next door. The only downside is that the lower floors can be a bit noisy at night. As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. For a hotel of this brand, you really wouldn't expect that.

We had a great stay, staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location was superb, just few meters away from a shopping mall. Room is clean and huge bathroom.

Quite near to ICE BSD, suitable for concert. Room is clean and spacious. Pool is rather small I think suitable for kids. Try their buffet breakfast not much variety. Not sure where is their spa located and gym.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and I found the food to be good. However, the car parking area was not convenient.
