Banyan Tree Bintan

We had a wonderful stay at the rainforest oceanfront villa! The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We look forward to coming back again!

Absolutely — I’d make it warm and genuinely glowing, while still giving the constructive feedback without taking away from the overall experience. My stay at Banyan Tree Bintan was truly wonderful, and honestly, what stood out the most was the service. Every single staff member we encountered was spectacular — warm, genuine, lovely and absolutely top-notch. You can really tell that the team goes the extra mile, and it shows in the little details and the way they genuinely cared for us throughout our stay. The hospitality felt sincere rather than simply being “good service”, and that made such a difference. I would genuinely return to Banyan Tree Bintan because of the people and the level of care we received. If I had to be a little critical, the food was slightly disappointing when compared with the standards I would expect from Banyan Tree. The villas are also starting to feel a little worn in certain areas and could probably use some refreshing. The in-room TV streaming, especially HBO and some of the other services, was also extremely laggy and frustrating at times. That said, these are small things compared to the overall experience. The warmth, attentiveness and genuine care from the staff really made our stay special. Banyan Tree Bintan, you have an amazing team — please take good care of them because they are truly the heart of the resort. We had a beautiful stay, felt very well taken care of, and would absolutely return. ❤️

My parents and I really enjoyed this 2D1N trip at Banyan Tree Bintan ! Great infinity pool villa , spacious and comfortable, great staffs everywhere, special thanks to Sofyan Sir and others who drove the buggy which is so convenient for us! And tree top restaurant staffs are also very friendly and polite ! Thank you all

Nice place, a good beautiful place to rest & relax. Like the peaceful environment. The villas are inside forest-liked surroundings, all the staff service here are extremely friendly & accommodating. The spa are good as well. Excellent service team !
