Borrman Hotel (Beijing People's Hospital Branch)

A good hotel, the receptionists are very attentive and communicative ☺️☺️

This hotel was in office building, in the first floor they repairs something, was noisy a bit, but location was good, near by metro station and Beijing north station.

Good location and adequate facilities . Nice location for the sights and zoo.

Receptionist was polite, friendly & helpful. She even gave us a free upgrade to a slightly larger room. Room was clean and no cigarette smell. Towels were clean and smelled fresh. One small issue was that when exiting from the elevator at 2nd floor it smelled a bit foul/strange. Surrounding was not bustling. There were some shops/restaurants across the streets. There was a vegetarian restaurant in walking distance (10-15mins walk), a plus point for vegetarian. Location was near Beijing North Metro and High-Speed Railway Station. It just took us 10-15 mins walk from hotel to Beijing North Railway Station (550m) to catch a high-speed train, no need to rush, no need to take call a cab/e-hailing which was very convenient. (Note: At high-speed train station, you'll need to queue up twice to enter, for security check and ticket check, so be early. We like to be 1-hr early.)

Decent hotel on the third floor of an office block, good value for money, not too far from Beijing North railway station and thus useful if you arrive late from places in Chinese Mongolia. Room was in a corner with a fair bit of unused space and curtains only covering half of the window.

Hotel is great if you want a cheap affordable place to stay. The room I stayed in was small but it worked, as I was only staying one night. Room was clean and had amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and even hairdryer. I slept in a single bed and the beds are hard which is my personal preference and slept well! I couldn't hear the noise from outside. The receptionist 范家欣 was super friendly and helpful. My mandarin isn't great and she was very patient with me. She tried to assist me in getting ******* to work for 30mins but I believe you need china number to order on app, which I didn't have. She gave me recommendations for places to eat nearby and even offered to order from ******* on my behalf! Excellent service! 👍
