Excellent Horizon club staff. All thanks to Leo, Reine, David, Gordon, and Cloe. Always welcoming us with a wide smile. Thanks to Chef Hardy Hui, we gained weight hahaha. Last day of CNY my parents needed vegan breakfast and he delivered in style. 5 star! Great variety of food, execllent service and ambience at the Horizon club is fabulous. We have to come back again. Cafe TOO, your breakfast was outstanding. Your dinner buffet is out of those world. My mum eat very little yet she was chomping it down. Very fresh ingredients all the way. Not forgetting the wonderful housekeeping team and special thanks to a lady named Eva. I heard you were responsible for my room. You are instrumental and noticed our preference and acted accordingly. Thank you and sorry we didn't meet in person. Maybe next trip. We really enjoyed our stay and the Horizon club initiative to respond immediately to whatever it takes to make our stay very comfortable. We thank you!

The room was very quiet, and the view of Victoria Harbour across the way was amazing. It was a great experience, and my child loved it too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. The location is also excellent, right above Tai Koo Li.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. For anyone coming to Hong Kong looking for a high-quality hotel, this is an absolute must-book. It's clearly a top choice for discerning travelers. Everything from the hardware to the service, the location, and the room view was impeccable. The room size is truly a rare find in Hong Kong, especially the shower room – it's perfect, very spacious with excellent wet/dry separation, and the water heats up quickly with great pressure. The bedding is super comfortable, the blackout curtains are fantastic, and it's so quiet, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel is directly connected to Pacific Place shopping mall, and there's a covered walkway straight to the waterfront convention center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming to mainland Chinese guests, always smiling and proactively offering thoughtful service – everyone from the doormen to the reception staff, to those at Summer Palace and the breakfast servers, were all fantastic! Next time I'm in Hong Kong, it'll definitely be the Island Shangri-La again!

It's right above Exit F of Admiralty Station, just one stop away from Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Ocean Park. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit old, the family-friendly floor has been renovated beautifully and is perfect for kids!
