Jin Jiang West Capital International Hotel

The hotel service was excellent, especially the front desk staff, Ms. Yao, who provided incredibly thoughtful service. She gave us a timely reminder; otherwise, with the hotel fully booked during the National Day holiday, we wouldn't have been able to extend our stay. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to go anywhere. Our whole family, from young to old, had a fantastic time.

An established 4-star hotel in a fantastic location. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Muslim Street, 15 minutes to the Drum Tower, and 15 minutes to the City Wall (West Gate). There’s a metro station right outside the door, taking you to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-bright City in about 20 minutes. The rooms are a bit small and the decor is somewhat dated, but the facilities and service definitely live up to 4-star standards. The breakfast buffet offers a decent spread, featuring Chinese, Western, and local specialties.

The location is fantastic, just over 1km from the Drum Tower, making it super convenient for cycling or walking. Downstairs, there's Daxuexi Alley, packed with food options. A short walk away, you'll find Wei Family Liangpi and Ma Family Paomo. The service was very warm; the front desk lady even gave us some cookies when we checked out.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Street, and Sajin Bridge. The room itself is fresh and clean. Breakfast starts as early as 6 AM, and there's a laundry room available. However, the swimming pool is not exclusive to hotel guests.

Excellent service, very satisfied. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent! It's surrounded by snack stalls, and there are many small alleyways in Xi'an with 1-yuan skewers. Plus, they have their own parking lot, which is a huge bonus. The service was also very good.

Our stay was excellent, so much so that we extended it by another day, and it was consistently great. It's just been too hot in Xi'an these past few days, so we decided to leave. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xi'an.
