The amenities weren't always restocked, and the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear the doors opening and closing in the next room. However, the service was excellent, and the hotel's interior was charming.

We originally booked a deluxe suite, but the room was anything but deluxe. I actually disliked the hotel from the moment I stepped in because the lighting was dim and the overall atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. The shower room was very dirty with obvious stains, and the drain was clogged all night. The facilities seemed old, and the towels weren't pure white; they looked old and worn out! Unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable, and to upgrade to a better room, we would have had to pay extra. We weren't trying to get a free upgrade, but the hotel's facilities were truly disappointing. I don't understand why the hotel takes no responsibility whatsoever? The only thing worth praising was the Trip.com customer service. They helped us get compensation from Trip.com, which allowed us to continue our stay for the next few nights. However, I sincerely feel this isn't Trip.com's responsibility; it's absolutely the hotel's problem! Do not recommend staying here! 😡

The interior design was absolutely adorable and really lifted my spirits! ✨ We mostly traveled by taxi, so I can't say much about the location, but I'd describe it as neither good nor bad. I chose this place because the pool looked so cute in the photos, but I was too tired to use it. I definitely want to go back! 💫

This is a 5-star boutique hotel. While it's not huge, it has everything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly. They even provide the staff uniform as pajamas, which were surprisingly comfortable. Plus, there are fun activities like traditional costume experiences and free henna, perfect for when you have some free time. It's great value for money and has a decent location, so I highly recommend it! Oh, and Mr. Thomas is very kind.

The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. While the hotel facilities might not match those of major five-star brands, it's definitely a good boutique hotel. The pool isn't huge, but being on the rooftop, you can enjoy great views of Bangkok's bustling city.
