When I went to check in at noon, I was told I couldn't check in before 2 PM. Then, when I came back at 6 PM to check in, I was informed there were no rooms available. They transferred me to another hotel. It was a total mess and completely unreliable.

I didn't even used the room. I left. I will want a refund. They gave me a storage room and said next day , they will move us to another room. I told them, they should sleep in a storage room. I want my money back. We stayed in central suite hotel. The pictures didn't match. Please understand that when I'm saying storage room , I'm not harsh with my words. I really mad that we didn't make some pictures so we can upload them here. I will never used this service ever again.
