Five stars, highly recommend this Atour Hotel! The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient for shopping or catching a taxi, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. My overall stay was super comfortable – the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay, making check-in efficient and responding promptly to any requests. Their service was truly meticulous. The most heartwarming touch was the late-night congee service; the congee was soft and comforting, served with refreshing side dishes. Coming back late and tired to a warm late-night snack felt incredibly cozy and thoughtful. The attention to detail was top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Absolutely five stars! The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to shopping areas and the subway station, so you don't have to go far for dining or shopping. The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The pillows were just right, not too soft, not too firm. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was abundant and consistent. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The cleaning staff also did a meticulous job.

The hotel's hygiene needs significant improvement. I stayed there for four days, and on the very first night, my lower legs got bitten by something, leaving me with over a dozen itchy welts. It's been 7 days now, and they're still incredibly itchy, and topical medications haven't helped at all. It's really frustrating!

This hotel is quite new, with smart home features throughout. It's located right on Guanyin Bridge Walking Street, so stepping out means you're immediately in the shopping district and food street. It's super convenient for shopping and exploring. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The environment offers a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle, making it a great value for money. It's definitely a good choice if you're staying in Guanyin Bridge.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. On my first night, I was bitten by something, leaving more than a dozen huge, incredibly itchy welts on my calves. I couldn't sleep at all that night, and even after 7 days, they're still intensely itchy, and topical medications aren't helping much. I genuinely advise everyone to bring their own duvet covers when staying at a hotel in the future.

The location is fantastic! Everything you need is right downstairs – bubble tea shops, a subway station, and a mall. There are even several subway lines close by. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The service was also very good, and the small terrace on the 12th floor was a lovely bonus.
