🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended! This Atour Hotel, newly renovated in 2026, is a gem! ✅ Ambiance & Design: The brand-new decor is both sophisticated and comfortable. The natural wood textures combined with soft lighting create a simple yet elegant and warm atmosphere. The attention to detail, from the public areas to the guest rooms, is truly impressive, offering a delightful experience for both the eyes and the senses. ✅ Noise Isolation: The soundproofing exceeded my expectations. Once the door is closed, all outside noise is blocked, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep even for light sleepers. The tranquility is absolute. ✅ Service Quality: The staff were consistently warm and proactive. Check-in was efficient, and daily requests were handled promptly. Their thoughtful service made me feel truly welcome. ✅ Breakfast Experience: The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, along with light bites and beverages. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, providing a perfect start to a vibrant day. Overall, my stay far surpassed my expectations. This hotel is located in the Guanyinqiao district, with plenty of shopping malls right downstairs, and it's very close to Tianjie. The room was clean and quite smart. It's a bit on the small side, but the hotel breakfast was quite good and extensive. There's a subway station downstairs, which makes getting around super convenient. We even got a small gift (a bookmark) at checkout.

Shoutout to Miss Qingteng! Arriving in Chongqing for the first time, my initial panic from getting lost was completely melted away by the gentle kindness of Atour's Miss Qingteng. When she heard I couldn't find my way, she immediately came downstairs to meet me, patiently guided me, and even proactively took my luggage. Her constant care made the feeling of being in a foreign place vanish instantly. Not only did she meticulously show me to my room and explain all the details, but she also thoughtfully recommended delicious local eateries and fun places to visit. Every word was sincere and heartfelt, as if a long-time friend was carefully planning for me. When I realized I'd dropped my jacket, she was very proactive in helping me look for it, and thankfully, it was found in the end. Thank you, Qingteng! This level of thoughtfulness, far exceeding expectations, was never a routine service but genuine warmth and sincerity from the heart. Miss Qingteng's dedication brought a comforting warmth to what could have been a cold and tiring journey, making me feel a long-lost sense of stability and peace in an unfamiliar city. The beauty of Atour has always been hidden in these gentle details, in the sincere care of the staff. This trip became exceptionally precious because of this warmth. Finally, the entire hotel design has a great ambiance, and the breakfast was delicious. Miss Qingteng suggested I try the local breakfast, and indeed, it was healthy and tasty. The 'xiaomian' (small noodles) were absolutely fantastic!!!

Extremely satisfied, I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's conveniently located within the commercial district. The hotel is very new, so there's a slight new-building smell, but it's acceptable. The service attitude is exceptionally good, and breakfast is also great.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. All the services were excellent, and the late-night congee was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is perfect, with Guanyin Bridge Pedestrian Street and the metro station right on its doorstep.

We arrived by car around 10 PM. The check-in system was flawed, causing a long delay. We paid over 800 for a king-sized bed in a newly opened hotel, so everything should have been perfect. However, there were hairs on the pillow and lots of lint on the sheets. Since we were tired from driving, we bought a disposable bedding set to use. The hotel is located on a busy street, and to our surprise, the window wouldn't close properly. Our child was woken up by the noise around 7 or 8 AM.
