I find it a cost-effective choice just to have a place to sleep when passing through that part of connecticut. The room is very neat and very clean. It is close to a highway entrance and fast food so its good for on-the-go traveling.

Very dirty no breakfast even though it said it had it mold in the area of where the coffee was. The refrigerator had old, nasty rotted, mold, infested milk, but other than that, it was great.

I was provided a renovated room by the front counter attendant. A/C worked, sheets and pillows were clean. Bathroom clean. So room was the best it could be. That said, lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The 'motor inn' is a dump. But what do you expect for $74/85? Absolutely zero amenities. No breakfast. OK if you're just passing thru.

When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. I raised the issue with the housekeeper, and she seemed unhappy about the complaint and began speaking in Spanish, apparently assuming that I would not understand. Proper bathroom cleaning is essential. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to hygiene standards. Greater care and quality in room cleaning are clearly necessary.

For the price, the hotel was a great place to stay the night. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Most of the surrouding hotels were $60.00 to over $70.00 more. The Inn was very affordable and pleasant to stay in.

My stay at the Red Carpet Inn was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. The worst part was discovering what appeared to be a bed bug on me after I returned home from the hotel. Because of this, I now have to take serious precautions and arrange fumigation and cleaning in my home to avoid a possible infestation. This has caused major stress, inconvenience, and unexpected expenses for my household. I am documenting everything and plan to report this issue to the appropriate health and safety authorities so it can be investigated properly. I also expect compensation for the damages and costs resulting from this stay. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until these issues are addressed.
