Their cleanliness is good, but the heater in their rooms doesn't work and there is no hot water.

Ok - I’m 50 years old and have traveled everywhere and stayed in some terrible places. This was, by far, the grossest and scariest motel I’ve ever stayed in. We slept in our clothes because we didn’t want our skin touching the bed (which had stained sheets). A lawyer could have a ball going after this place for false advertising. The pictures on the website were clearly photoshopped. I wish I had known this website would’ve let us post pictures for the reviews, because I would’ve taken plenty more! You wouldn’t believe how fake the website photos are and how horribly disgusting this place is. If you care about your family at all, find someplace else!

Overall a okay stay. They said the room was ready but when I arrived at the room the previous guest was there with a staff member looking for a lost item. That staff member told me the room had not been cleaned properly so I waited outside while she cleaned. We had to use the laundry and the staff was helpful in letting us get materials to wash but not so helpful in clearing another persons clothes that were sitting for hours as there is only one washer and one dryer. The restaurant closed earlier than they told us so we had to order dinner one night. They don’t have complimentary breakfast as advertised online. Check out is before 11am and a staff member walking into the room without knocking at about 10 am. The restaurant bar had good drinks but that is all I can speak on and the bartender was great. The room AC is great. The bed is uncomfortable. I stayed two nights and again it was just ok. Nothing special. For the price it was expected.

The room smelled like cat piss. The old man at the front desk said he’d send the maid but nobody ever showed up. The bed was the hardest damn mattress I’ve ever slept on. Save your money and stay elsewhere

Just don't go there. Everything smells like cigarettes and they have hourly rooms for other activities. This is not a family friendly place

My husband and i use to stay here alot when we visited stamford but hated how rude the front desk guy was...But this time, there was someone new, a Lady and she was SOOOOO NICE AND HELPFUL she greeted us nicely, laughed with us and all...even dropping the key off was pleasant. The room was very clean and efficient, nice front view, car parked right outside the room. As usual great stay

Clean room, secure, excellent chambermaids, excellent maintenance staff, including Carlos and Robert. There is absolutely no breakfast as advertised.

TV didn't work. I head to repaired the cable connection. Microwave didn't work. No breakfast offered. My room was quiet and had a very comfortable bed.
