Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort - Family Friendly

The swimming pool is nice and suitable for kids to play in, with plenty of shade and fresh air. However, the room was not very clean and had dust. I was impressed last time when I booked a spacious room through another app, but I am disappointed this time. I booked a room for 5 people costing over 3,000 baht per night, but got a tiny annex room with just one small bed and one medium-sized bed—how is that supposed to sleep 5 people? We had to request an extra bed, but there was barely enough space in the room to put it. Also, no toothbrushes were provided, and only two towels were given despite booking for 5 people. We had to ask for everything. It was a very poor experience and not fitting for a hotel of this tier.

The hotel was clean and smelled pleasant, the food was good, and the location was convenient. It's very comfortable and ideal for a relaxing getaway. My only complaint is that the swimming pool water wasn't very clean and looked rather cloudy.

This is our second stay here, and everything was superb! The birthday gift they gave me was absolutely amazing, I totally didn't expect it! There were two downsides to the hotel: renovations are happening on the property and they're expanding the beach at the start of Dongtan. The breakfasts were excellent, and the rooms were nice with ocean views. Overall, we are happy with our stay at this hotel, and I'll definitely come back again.

The atmosphere is great, but it was a bit noisy at night. The service was good, and the breakfast leans somewhat towards Western style.
