Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort - Family Friendly

The room here is clean, beautiful, and has a great view. There's a bathtub in the bathroom for soaking. The staff provide good service, the air conditioning is cool, and the breakfast is delicious.

Quiet and clean with a nice big swimming pool. Not too crowded, just the right amount of people. The views are beautiful, you can see the sea from every angle.

The biggest plus is definitely the location. However, I would never stay there again. The room felt very superficial. The pool was dirty, and the bathtub didn't work. They did maintain cleanliness, provided daily cleaning, replenished water, and offered all the necessary amenities, but the room itself was very dated. Maybe I just got a room in some old, far-off wing, and there are amazing rooms elsewhere – I don't know. But for this price, there are much better hotels in this category, although they might be in a different location.

The room was incredibly dirty, full of dust. My child and I had stinging eyes the entire time we were in the room, making it impossible to sleep. If you ran your hand across the desk, it was covered in dust. The curtains had a thick layer of dust everywhere you touched. It was really disappointing considering the price; the cleanliness was zero. For a booked price of 1900 per night, we even found a baby cockroach on the bed! Absolutely insane! This hotel is terrible when it comes to cleanliness. The breakfast selection was poor and not tasty. The walls were thin; we could hear outside noise and sounds from the next room at night.

The location is in a quieter part of Jomtien Beach. The hotel itself is very large, but the facilities are quite old. The gym equipment is dated, and there was constant noise from workers next to the pool. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For a short stay, it's generally a decent hotel. I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but my room didn't have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry clothes. The clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't dry anything at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had everything needed: a kettle, hairdryer, robe, and slippers. The only downside was the reusable shampoo, gel, and soap, which was unpleasant as you don't know who used them before you. Another thing that bothered me was that the hotel asks guests not to leave valuables in the room. Is that a hint about dishonest housekeepers?! Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. It's good, and you won't go hungry. However, if you arrive closer to 10 am, you might not find a table and will have to wait. At 6 am, though, it's empty. The pool is good, but part of it was cordoned off with construction netting, and it was noisy due to ongoing construction work. The hotel faces a lively street with cafes and bars. There's a 7/11 and a currency exchange nearby.

The room size felt quite compact, but it was perfectly adequate. The kids absolutely loved the pool! It closes at 7 PM, but it would be great if it stayed open until around 8 PM so adults could enjoy drinks by the poolside. Breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is very conveniently located, the rooms are fresh with sea views, breakfast is varied, and they clean every day. We recommend visiting.

A good hotel in a quiet neighborhood. There are cafes and shops nearby, and the pool is quite spacious.
