The service is top notch from the moment we walked in. We have booked for the reconnect anniversary and they have prepared the special cake and decorations for us. The only complaint is that we could hear other guests noise and talk beside our room at midnight as they probably just checked in late.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with a lovely fresh vibe. Although there was a small hiccup during my stay, the hotel staff handled it promptly and effectively with a very sincere attitude. They were very respectful towards Chinese guests. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
