It's self-check-in. The instructions were clear and helpful, but the complex is huge with multiple high-rise towers labeled C1-C5, so it was a bit confusing at first. Across the street is a large mall with plenty of affordable options for everything you could need. Getting there can be a bit of an adventure though, haha. I think it's a good choice for an urban stay in Hanoi.

The view is very beautiful, but the downside is that there are cockroaches in the house and the mattress smells. If these two things could be changed, the stay would be more comfortable. Overall, there's nothing else to complain about. I hope the host can make some changes and improve the cleanliness.

The bathroom's wet and dry areas are well-separated, and the hot water comes on quickly with excellent pressure. Showering there is incredibly comfortable and really helps you unwind!

The host and concierge service were absolutely wonderful! Communication was a breeze; they basically replied instantly and even gave us some fantastic local food recommendations. The room was spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Full marks!

The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, including a large fridge, microwave, and automatic washing machine. It feels just like home, making laundry and cooking super convenient. This place is perfect for extended stays and offers excellent value for money.

This is a very upscale and secure community. You need a key card to enter the building and use the elevators, and there's 24-hour security, so I felt extremely safe staying alone. The residents in the area are high-quality, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. Overall, the value for money is outstanding.

Downstairs, there's a beautiful swimming pool and a convenience store. The residents are high-quality, and the overall atmosphere is both modern and comfortable.
