Setsu is a must-visit hotel in Niseko! Its location is perfect for summer, being close to the sports centre. Frankly, there’s limited information online about Niseko summer activities. So I emailed Setsu to check the itinerary, which wasn’t related to our stay but they promptly responded and sent us all the information to help us plan. They were also incredibly kind to pick us up from Kutchen station, which we hadn’t expected. We especially wanted to thank Satonshi for his warm welcome and preparation. He truly elevated our entire accommodation experience at Setsu. Don’t miss their breakfast – it’s fresh, generous portions and delicious! The atmosphere is relaxing and modern. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable in a traditional Japanese style. We highly recommend trying the public onsen and gym as well. We absolutely loved our stay at Setsu!

5D4N stay The hotel is really amazing. It is clean & comfortable throughout our stay. You can even cook & do laundry in the room. Opposite the hotel is Lawson which open till 10pm. The hotel breakfast spread is good. The hotel also give a free birthday cake for celebration my girl birthday. Nevertheless, will be back again.

I was looking forward to my stay in Setsu Niseko but I feel disappointed with their breakfast. Maybe it’s green season, breakfast choices is based on Ala carte and very limited to same menu; kids have to eat the same thing everyday, no other choice. Parking: no complimentary parking for hotel guest, you have to pay JPY2000/day. Pro: room is spacious, onsen is good, hotel is very clean!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed! Amenities and decoration are great! There was also shuttle to grand Hirafu and it’s so convenient!

Great value for money, and the view of Mount Yotei from the room was absolutely stunning. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants, and they offer ski rental and shuttle services to the slopes. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was my first time skiing in Niseko, and this hotel truly provided a fantastic experience. Everything, from the staff to the service and the rooms, was excellent. The location is superb, with the main entrance facing Mount Yotei, a convenience store right across the street, and its central position makes it easy to walk to other places.

2 bedroom suite was very nice. There’s a fully equipped open kitchen and a washing machine. Onsen was nice. Breakfast was good, some dishes rotate every 3 days.
