Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit

I've stayed here many times, and it's a fantastic hotel. The front desk staff are welcoming and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Plus, it's right on Sukhumvit, with tons of fun things to do. I'll definitely be back!

Traveling with family for Chinese New Year, the location is excellent, right near Terminal 21. There's a small night market across the street with good food; one fried rice stall has amazing 'wok hei' ( smoky, charred flavor). The hotel breakfast is also great with a wide variety, and the rooms are quite spacious. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. Just to the left of the hotel entrance is the famous Cabbages & Condoms restaurant, which gets really busy at night.

There was a very enthusiastic lady at the entrance who gave us excellent recommendations for our trip to Pattaya. She even helped us arrange transportation for the next day, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel also has direct access to the BTS Skytrain station from the third floor, which is incredibly convenient.

The room has a lovely French style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my child was very happy with it too. It was a really great stay!

The environment and hygiene were fine, but the service, seriously! For 10 days I called requesting a higher floor, a higher floor, and what did I get? A room on the lowest floor, with a bad view, and the smallest room in its category! When I asked to change, they refused!

I used to only stay at Rosewood, but after staying here, I don't need to go anywhere else. The club's afternoon tea and dinner are of very high quality. The service is warm and impeccable. The only minor drawback is that the swimming pool isn't heated.
