Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

I booked two rooms. One wasn't cleaned when I checked in, and by the time they sorted it out, 3.5 hours had passed. It was already dark, so we couldn't do any activities. The other room had just been renovated (within 1-3 weeks), and the smell of paint was overwhelming. I requested a room change immediately, but Trip.com said there were no rooms available (even though their site showed availability). I suffered from dizziness and a sore throat until 2 AM, clearly experiencing formaldehyde symptoms. I had to call the hotel manager myself to finally get a different room. However, the next morning, renovations started right above that room... In short, I couldn't get any rest. This doesn't meet Four Seasons standards, and I hope this feedback is noted.

There was a mistake in the front desk registration; the check-in information wasn't entered initially. I've almost never encountered this in five-star hotels. Although the hotel is generally good, they can't be flexible with the receipt; they insisted on adding the guest's name because they said the format was standardized.

The White Lotus Resort Welfare Bureau and the hotel are well maintained. There are different night ceremonies on the beach at sunset. When we were there, there was a torch show by the locals.

The room is well-equipped, large and comfortable. The room service is very good. The hotel's own beach is also very good, and the supporting catering is also very good. The scenery is good and the service is good.

The service was just like in American TV shows, it was great.

Very good, except that the restaurant order is slow, but the whole Hawaii is slow 😂

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

During my honeymoon trip with my wife, I stayed on the Club floor, with exclusive check-in on the 8th floor. The service was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs also had a stunning view. It was really a perfect experience.
