Overall, a great place to stay in downtown OKC. Only a small gripe about the quality of the pillows. At the price point of the hotel, I would expect much better pillows.

Was not told hotel would place a $100 hold on my card until check in. Two times we went to bar/eating area we waited 15 min to even be acknowledged. Valet parking was our only option because there was no orher parking available at that time. And valet parked your car in some unknown area. After we left hotel, we noticed my Bluetooth speaker was missing from my car! Called hotel to let them know, lady who answered put me on hold to call over to valet, valet knew nothing about it then said she would give them my phone number to call me, still have not heard from them. Never got any kind of apology either! WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Air conditioning did not work. It would be really cold then would it turned off it was extremely hot. So hot we were sweating. Reception lady was not helpful and we asking questions she had an attitude. Would probably not stay here again.

Great place to stay in bricktown. It has an upscale feel and you have starbucks down in the lobby to keep the wife happy.

Beautiful hotel, great bar, super clean, and it even has a Starbucks in the hotel!
The only negative, it is so loud! We had a corner suite, and we could hear every car go by and around 2 AM all the people leaving the bars!
