Andorra Park Hotel

This was my second stay at this hotel within two weeks, and unfortunately the same service issues occurred again. I booked a room for two adults and arrived with my 5-year-old child, who was going to sleep in the same bed with me. At check-in, I was told that I had to pay an additional €50 because the room would be considered occupied by three guests. I explained that I did not need an extra bed, but I was told the charge was mandatory. However, I was given exactly the same room as during my previous stay. There was no extra bed, no third set of towels, and no additional amenities for a third guest. At check-out, I asked what the €50 charge covered. I was told it was simply the rate for a triple room. When I asked why no extra bed or even a third towel had been provided, I was told that I should have contacted reception and requested them myself. In addition, at 8:15 a.m. loud metal cutting work with an angle grinder started directly outside my window. On both of my stays, I was also assigned one of the rooms furthest from the elevator, even though the hotel was almost empty. I would also like to mention the attitude of the reception staff. They appeared unfriendly during check-in, and my questions regarding the deposit and the possibility of changing rooms were answered with little willingness to help. After staying here twice within such a short period, I believe these are not isolated incidents but recurring service issues. There are many other hotels in the area offering better service for a similar price. I will not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.
