The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly. When she found out we were heading to Mount Bromo for sunrise that night, she shared her experiences and even gave us complimentary hand warmers, which were incredibly useful given how cold it gets while waiting for the sunrise. The hotel is also conveniently located near a large shopping mall and many restaurants.

A truly excellent hotel. The environment is stunning. I had expected rain for my trip, but the weather turned out to be perfect, and I got to see some beautiful scenery. The hotel has a pool, which is fantastic for anyone who loves to swim. I was on a business trip, so unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy it. The staff's service attitude was exceptional. What impressed me most was that every morning at breakfast, they remembered my name when they saw me. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back here the next time I visit Surabaya. Breakfast was also delicious.

The rooms have all been renovated and everything is perfect. Even the hallways aren't outdated and feel clean. All facilities are well-maintained, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. It's an amazing hotel with excellent hospitality, almost all staff are helpfull and you can feel safe to stay here. The front desk is very helpfull as well and provide all the informaton needed. The room is very clean and all functionaliry is working. The feel of stay is like at your home house. Hotel facilities also very good condition and manageable. It's a valuable stay.
