Stay at your own peril.
Hotel’s front desk looked decent but service was poor. While we were able to check in early around 1pm, it seemed like housekeeping had done a shoddy job at cleaning the room after the previous guest had left - no photo but there was still rubbish and dirty towels lying around when we entered the room. Took them nearly half an hour before something was actually done.
Aircon was also not working, only had hot air blowing out of it and we were left perspiring on the only night (thank god) we were there. The only saving grace was that the toilet was spacious with strong water pressure. While price was ok, still would not recommend unless you’re really on a budget.

Need improvement for the window since is quite broken and not soundproof. The trashbin not cleaned everyday and its to small for the whole floor.

A fantastic budget hotel with great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended ! Loved my stay,will return for sure .

Recently stayed at Hotel 99 Kelana Jaya and had a decent experience overall. The hotel offers good value for budget-conscious travelers, with its convenient location, close to public transport (LRT Kelana Jaya).
✔ Affordable rates – Suitable for short stays or business trips.
✔ Clean & basic room – The essentials (bed, AC, TV, bathroom) were functional.
✔ Decent WiFi – Reliable for basic browsing.
⚠️ Room size – A bit compact, especially for longer stays or extra luggage.
⚠️ Noise levels – Some street noise could be heard in my room.
Overall, Hotel 99 KJ is a no-frills, convenient and
budget-friendly choice, If you need an affordable place to sleep without extra perks, this hotel does the job.
