Yishan Yunshui Hotel(Yulonghe Store, Shili Gallery, Yangshuo County)

Service is nice as all staffs are really helpful. They have e-scooter for rent just 30rmb/day. The location is in the middle between Yulong river zone and West street. The thing needed to improve is the smell in the hallway of the guest room floor.

I would give 10 stars to this hotel if I could. The service was the best I’ve ever received. The staff helped me rent a bicycle to cycle around Yangshuo, even arranging for the bike to be sent to the hotel ready for me to hop on in the morning, and return to the hotel afterwards. On my checkout day, the staff drove me to the visitor transport centre and even helped me buy a shuttle bus ticket at the centre to take me to the railway station. Simple things like letting me use the microwave to reheat takeout made my trip so comfortable - (it’s hard to eat as a solo traveller in Yangshuo!) The room itself was spacious, clean, and with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. I was happy to have a private washing machine in my room too. My booking included breakfast which was very delicious, nutritious, and filling. It included regional specialty noodles, and miscellaneous Chinese breakfast items. While the location meant you had to travel a bit to get into town, it was also peaceful and submerged in nature and the quietness of the local village. There is a small swimming hole just a minute’s walk away, and I much preferred watching a peaceful sunset over Lansheng Bridge Wharf (just a short walk away) over busier tourist spots. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will be recommending it to all my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Yangshuo and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful surroundings, mountains, and main attractions of Yangshuo. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, while still being convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was done every day, with fresh towels and bottled water provided regularly. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, especially Enzo. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, and went far beyond what we expected. He helped us with transportation, gave us useful advice about Yangshuo, answered all our questions, and always tried to find the best solution whenever we needed assistance. His English was also a great help for us as international travelers. We always felt that we could rely on him, and his kindness and willingness to help made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Enzo! His excellent service and genuine care made a real difference to our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back again.

The hotel was astonishing, the view is outstanding. This was the best servixe I have ever recieved. The manager A gentleman is one of the kindest person i ever met. They have free pick up and drop off service to the bus station which really makes your travel easy. Secondly, that gentleman helped me to book the tickets for the show and other intertainment for a good price. Tgehotel itself us another topic, very wide, lots of amenities and most importantly the best view i bet comparing to other hotels in the town. Very closely located to the busiest town centre. One little but yet important thing to work on is the breakfast. Even though the dining area is small it would be better to offer a buffet with diversity to choose. Not mentuoning that i am totally and fully satisfied that i booked this hotel. 11 out of 10 ))

It is a very calm and beautiful area. Far from noise and tourist places, but easily accessible by motorbike. Moon hill and lotus fields (many) are very close. Breakfast was nice. We stayed for 2 nights, and 1 breakfast was included (by coupons). The room is very clean and spacious. They offer very honest and good prices for bikes and trips (like imperssion show and excursions) Highly recommended to buy from them! We will be happy to visit it again.
