They gave two explanations for the A/C: either the hotel uniformly turns it off, or it automatically shuts down (they tried to educate me on how central air conditioning works). 3. They apologized for the unsatisfactory stay. 4. They offered to help book another hotel at a lower price, but their response was too slow, so I ended up booking something myself.

Very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, so you can easily walk to see the night views. It's also super convenient if you're traveling by subway. The front desk service was good, and the lamb soup with flatbread (shui盆羊肉) next to the lobby was delicious.
