As a luxury brand under Shangri-La, the hotel perfectly meets the needs of a West Lake vacation, offering picturesque spots for photos. The service is excellent and of high quality. If the price is acceptable, it's highly recommended.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing, a big thank you again to Xiao Gao, Xiao Jia, and the butler for their thoughtful service. Breakfast was also fantastic. We felt right at home, the staff were truly on point!

This time, I brought my whole family to Shuizhixinju to celebrate my child's tenth birthday, and the overall stay was exceptionally good. I'm very grateful to the front desk manager and all the staff for their thoughtfulness. Upon learning it was my child's birthday, they meticulously decorated the room and thoughtfully presented a birthday cake, making it a truly memorable occasion. Both my child and the elderly family members were delighted. The hotel's design style is elegant, with beautiful photo opportunities everywhere. The shuttle service is convenient, and the pool experience was also great. The hardware facilities are excellent, and the soft services are attentive and warm, leaving us with very precious memories of our birthday trip. Thank you very much!

My partner and I came to Hangzhou for a vacation, and after comparing several hotels, we decided on this one. We were completely blown away after checking in! The hotel's overall environment is elegant and serene, the common areas are meticulously maintained, and the guest rooms are spotlessly clean. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent. I must specifically commend the hotel's complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was professional and patient, knowing all the best spots within the property for great photos, guiding poses naturally, and really capturing the vibe. We didn't have to travel far for scenic shots; we got both our vacation and photos taken care of. There was no upselling throughout the entire process, making for an excellent experience. Highly recommend for couples traveling together!

This is a luxury brand from Shangri-La, and the facilities are relatively new. The decor is fresh and features a lot of green. Breakfast is a semi-buffet. We had two rooms for our two children, and luckily they were next to each other. The supervisor, a lovely lady, helped us connect the rooms, which made it easier to look after the kids at night. It was a great experience. They even brought us barley soup before bed, which was a very thoughtful touch.

I took my daughter to see West Lake, and a friend recommended Shuizhixinju. When we arrived, the taxi driver thought it was the old Shangri-La building in front, which surprised me because it looked nothing like the pictures. It wasn't until a handsome bellhop came to pick us up in a golf cart that I understood. He told me about the 'West Lake Hotel' characters written by Guo Moruo and explained that Shuizhixinju was a new renovation of the old Shangri-La building. The golf cart drove us up the hill, and there was a fountain at the entrance. The lobby's new Chinese-style decor was exactly to my taste and matched my clothes perfectly. We got a room upgrade, and my daughter couldn't wait to join the afternoon handicraft class. I didn't expect much from the enamel coloring, but she brought back a beautifully made brooch, saying a special teacher taught her. It exceeded all my expectations. Let's talk about the room. I was warmly escorted there and completely stunned. I honestly had no idea before arriving that the room would be so smart. I also didn't know the mattress was automatically adjustable. They immediately swapped out the pillow for a more suitable latex one. I stayed at three hotels in Hangzhou, and Shuizhixinju gave me the best night's sleep. The complimentary laundry service was a huge help; we had been traveling for eight days across two cities before arriving, so it was perfect for washing some replacement clothes. Every night, the turndown service included a nourishing sweet soup, which was a very thoughtful touch. The Chinese breakfast's fried dough sticks (youtiao) and tea eggs are highly recommended. These are just a few of the most memorable points. Since we needed golf cart transfers for every entry and exit, the handsome bellhops were the people I interacted with the most. We always chatted a bit in the cart, and they left a great impression.

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star review! I've actually stayed at the Shangri-La Hangzhou many times before, but the newly renovated 'Heart of the Lake' section truly impressed me. The hotel perfectly blends delicious food with stunning scenery, and all the details are both beautiful and thoughtfully executed. Manager Sam's service was also incredibly attentive; he managed to secure a reservation for a very hard-to-book restaurant for us. On top of that, the hotel's dining experience is exceptional – the breakfast, in particular, is amazing! Not only is there a wide variety of choices, but the presentation is also beautiful. It's the only hotel where I never want to miss breakfast!

The room has a Southeast Asian flair, making you feel like you're in Singapore. The breakfast is also Southeast Asian style, and the afternoon tea pastries are exquisite and freshly made. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!
