This hotel is a peaceful oasis in the midst of a bustling area. Its overall style is elegant and charming. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with tasteful details throughout. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also have to commend the staff, especially Vanessa and Franco. Every single person was genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The hotel's decor has a warm and aesthetic feel, which reminded me of my trip to Austria many years ago. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I will definitely choose Shuizhixinju again! I'll also be recommending it to my friends.

Our check-in was upgraded to a lake view suite, and the complimentary gifts in the room were more numerous, better quality, and very aesthetically pleasing and practical. Facilities: The hotel design is undeniably good, and the room design is also fantastic. The swimming pool design is breathtaking. The overall hotel decor is a visual delight, and the facilities are very new. The smart mattress is excellent, and the app-controlled smart features are very convenient. Hygiene: Perfect, nothing to fault. Environment: Perfect. It's very close to West Lake, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. Service: Perfect service. Special thanks to Maggie, Iris, and Darren for taking such good care of us. They provided a wonderful cake for my parents' wedding anniversary, and the anniversary decorations were very thoughtfully done. Communication via WeChat was instant, they were always responsive to our requests, and their response speed and problem-solving abilities exceeded expectations! Cultural Experience Class: The hotel's cultural programs are quite distinctive. Overall, there was almost no hard selling, and the instructors were very skilled. Overall, it was an experience unlike any I've had before. The Fuchun Resort Aman, where we stayed the day before, felt a little outclassed in comparison.

This hotel is impeccable, from its ambiance to its service. It's located right off Beishan Street, making it incredibly convenient to get to Xiling Bridge and Gushan Road. The front desk staff, two lovely ladies named Zoey and Iris, were very welcoming during check-in. They even accompanied me to the rooftop terrace, where I captured some stunning photos of West Lake. My private travel concierges, Sam and Darren, showed me to my room, explained the facilities, and were incredibly responsive to my needs throughout my stay. They promptly addressed every request, making for an excellent experience. A special thank you to the duty manager, Ella, for her thoughtful arrangements. The high-quality service from the entire hotel team left a deep impression on me. I'll definitely consider staying here again when spring arrives and the flowers bloom.

Our stay at Shuizhixinju was fantastic this time. Rico, the Front Office Manager, Ella, the Duty Manager, and Zoey all provided excellent service. We took many beautiful photos and were really pleased with everything. We'll definitely be back!
