The hotel is located 15 kilometers from Tarifa, on either side of the highway, which are connected by an underpass beneath the highway. This wouldn’t be a problem if the guest weren’t staying in the building directly across from the front desk and therefore had to walk through the underpass with their luggage. Parking is also well organized. In the section where we stayed, there are motel-style rooms next to each other, with direct access to the garden, where there is a pool. The pool water is pleasant—quite cool, actually—which was refreshing in the 40-degree heat. The room is fine, nothing special, with a slightly retro vibe—especially the bathroom—which I particularly like. The air conditioner cooled the room quickly. The hotel bar was on the other side of the street, and we had a pleasant time lounging on the cozy terrace with a pitcher of sangria. The breakfast met all expectations for a four-star hotel, and it was especially pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace. That’s when we discovered that the main building has a much larger pool—all in all, staying in the main building might be more pleasant than where we were staying. All in all, the hotel is pleasant, clean, with decent service and cozy rooms. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning, and it served this purpose perfectly. I don’t think I would choose this hotel for a longer vacation.
